Science Through Children’s Eyes Album
In the winter of 2014 High Tech Park held an art contest “Science through Children’s eyes” among the local school students. Later that year SAUF sponsored publication of the album featuring works by the contest winners. Each of the 50 contest winners received a complimentary copy of the album.
Below is the introduction to the album written by SAUF trustee Leonid Lozner:
Dear readers,
You are now holding an album with the best drawings from the contest “Science through Children’s Eyes”. Surely, you’ll find yourself smiling constantly. You’ll be touched by the children’s unlimited imagination – naive, funny, mysterious and amazing. Who knows, maybe some of you will be inspired to come up with a brilliant scientific idea! In any case, by the time you finish the album, you are guaranteed to be in high spirits and feel energized. Let’s be grateful to the kids for this gift and let’s do our best to find time and resources to provide kids with all the possible opportunities to develop their imaginations and creativity.
