Conference dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Theoretical Physics and Astrophysics Department of the Belarusian State University (BSU)

10-11 October 2014 BSU’s Department of physics held a conference “Applied and fundamental aspects of theoretical physics”. The conference was dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Theoretical Physics and Astrophysics department.  The keynote speakers included well-known scientists from Belarus, Denmark, Russia, the USA and Switzerland.

Thanks to SAUF’s sponsorship several Physics Department’s alumni, who are now working in the leading research centers around the world, were able to participate in the Conference:
