The advancement of science for the public benefit in Belarus, former Soviet Union countries and worldwide, particularly but not exclusively by:

  1. undertaking and/or facilitating scientific research and disseminating the useful results of that research for the public benefit;
  2. the promotion of scientific excellence.

The advancement of education in relation to science, with an emphasis on science and scientific research for the public benefit in Belarus, former Soviet Union countries and worldwide, particularly but not exclusively by:

  1. the support of educational organisations and frameworks in Belarus and former Soviet Union countries;
  2. the provision of physical facilities for learning, study and research in relation to scientific disciplines;
  3. the promotion of mentoring in order to enable science students in Belarus and former Soviet Union countries, to engage with established scientists who are acting in a mentoring capacity; and
  4. the encouragement of the study of scientific subjects and courses at all levels of education, and in particular higher education.

The furtherance of such other purposes as are charitable under the law of England and Wales from time to time, as the Trustees in their absolute discretion think fit.
